I was there this summer. A car overtook me exactly at this point then tourned right cutting my way. Hopefully, I stopped just before the right turn and avoided the accident, because I heard the car motor.
It's really a dangerous cycling arrangement. please chenge the priorities: the right turn should be an exit of the road.

Interessant finde ich da auch, dass die Sicherheitslinie nicht unterbrochen ist, wo man doch lernt "Sicherheitslinie ist eine Mauer".
